Aryan Das
Aryan joined Kolkata Chess Institute as a beginner at age 8. Initially shy and unsure of his moves, he gradually learned the basics, practiced regularly, and participated in our monthly inter-academy tournaments. With guidance from our FIDE-rated coaches, Aryan’s strategic thinking and confidence improved tremendously. Within two years, he won his first State-Level Junior Chess Championship and later represented the district in All-India competitions, earning several medals.
Aryan’s journey shows that with dedication, expert coaching, and real-match experience, every student has the potential to achieve greatness in chess.
Ananya Roy
Ananya started her chess journey at Kolkata Chess Institute in the Beginners Group. Initially struggling with openings and strategy, she gradually gained confidence through offline classes and match practice. With regular guidance from our FIDE-rated coaches and participation in monthly inter-academy tournaments, Ananya’s skills improved rapidly. Within a year, she won the District Junior Girls Championship and qualified for the State Championship, where she performed impressively.
